As a child, my father built a second story addition to our house, cleverly converting a room into a fully functioning photography darkroom. At the time I was too young to appreciate his hobby, but soon followed as I often did, in his hobbyist footsteps. Taking photography classes in high school got me started, and after landing my first real job, I “treated” myself to a Nikon DSLR. From that point on, I was hooked.

Since then, photography has become a creative outlet and complement to my affinity for the outdoors. Whether it's exploring the Marin Headlands on my mountain bike, surfing in Panama, or watching the sunrise from the top of Half Dome, photography has driven me to seek out and more deeply appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds us all.

It’s my pleasure sharing some of these moments with you. Thanks for taking a look.
